While living abroad in Switzerland for over 10 years, I fell in love with the floral boutiques as well as  the mountains and nature that surrounded me.  Coming back to the US,  I wanted to continue to give the gift of flowers and decided to study floral design at Longwood Gardens in Pennsylvania. Every culture has different floral techniques and I traveled  the world to learn more and showcase these in my workshops and demonstrations.  After opening my own business in Boston and while working in various shops in MA and NY, I continued to explore floral cultures in places like Germany, Belgium and Japan.

W
orking with flowers is something that everyone can enjoy.  To gather materials so fragile and beautiful and to create something even more special using different floral design techniques is exciting.  I would like to share my ideas with everyone and hope you will also catch the "floral bug."  Let's see how the world of floral art can open your eyes to using flowers and materials in a creative way.
